UTSLER.COM is the home of Uncle Joe. It is a direct descendant of Joe’s personal homepage, which was originally created in 1994. It is not an active site, but Joe couldn’t bear to let it go completely.

Joe lives slightly northwest of Hollywood. He has neither a mansion nor a yacht.
