Braaaaaaiinsssss! I mean… Coffeeeeeee! Coffeeee!!

Our Labor Day trip to the Bay Area culminated in a visit to the Bay Area Discovery Museum which, in addition to being an awesome kids museum, had an amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge. [really big version]

While it’s true that my camera has been somewhat singularly focused over the past year, I have not forgotten the source of my inspiration.

I was struck by the image of a lone blue flower on a field of red roses.

I don’t take many “travel” photos, but there was something
just a little surreal about this shot from my trip to London –
taken days before the Bush protests began.

They say she has my eyes. My evil blue eyes.

Some people have asked recently if my daughters eyes are still blue.
