It seems that my view on religion being an individual thing (and it is not a new idea by a long shot) is at least an increasingly popular one. I wondered if the people who thought like me would eventually….organize. Get together. Talk about it. Share ideas. And then, as with most large organizations, people would begin to splinter. They would have their own ideas about “organizing” a faith, which, ironically, defies organization by its very tenet. Soon, some of the charter “members” would eventually quit the organization, citing that it no longer held spiritual growth or depth for them, and would seek other pursuits.
